A note from us
We would like to invite you to our destination wedding in Ayia Napa, Cyprus from Tuesday 4th May 2027 to Tuesday 11th May 2027.
Our wedding ceremony will take place on Friday 7th May 2027.
We are staying at the Mare Village, Ayia Napa hotel. Guests are welcome to stay at any hotel of their choice, and are not required to book the same hotel as us. Our wedding is being held at a separate private venue, and not at the hotel.
For guests travelling from Leicester, on the same flight arrangements from Luton, group travel will be arranged such as a shared coach. Details of this will be shared closer to the time.
A curated week of unforgettable celebrations, relaxation, and shared experiences in beautiful Ayia Napa — from sunset dinners and beach adventures to our wedding day and post-wedding festivities.
Please note this is simply a loose guide to help guests plan their week. None of the activities or suggested events are mandatory, and you are completely free to join as much or as little as you’d like while enjoying your holiday your own way.
Tuesday 4th May
Arrive in Cyprus and check in to the hotel — settle in and unwind after the journey.
Wednesday 5th May
A relaxed day by the hotel pool, followed by dinner and drinks together in the evening.
Thursday 6th May
Nissi Beach and water-sports during the day, then our pre-wedding meal in the evening.
Friday 7th May
The big day — Brandon & Claudia's wedding ceremony and celebrations.
Saturday 8th May
A leisurely recovery day at the pool, with a relaxed hotel meal and drinks in the evening.
Sunday 9th May
Our wedding celebration yacht party, followed by drinks back at the hotel.
Monday 10th May
A fun-filled day at WaterWorld Waterpark, then a night out on the Ayia Napa strip.
Tuesday 11th May
One last morning by the pool before heading home with our memories.
Ladies
Elegant summer dresses or outfits in any colour you prefer. Kindly avoid white and brown — these colours are reserved for the bride and her bridal party.
Gentlemen
Smart attire — a light suit, shirt and tailored shorts all work beautifully. Kindly avoid brown accessories, as these are reserved for the groomsmen.
Children
Smart-casual outfits — comfortable, but ready for the photographs.
For guests that are either Bridesmaids, or Groomsmen; your outfits will be discussed by the bride or groom in due-course.
Early May in Ayia Napa is warm, sunny and dry — the perfect start to the Cypriot summer. Expect long sunny days, gentle sea breezes, and very little chance of rain.
